NovelNix desktop application (the "Software").

The core philosophy of NovelNix is that your creative work belongs entirely to you.
- Local Storage: The Software is a local application. Any text, files, documents, or creative content you generate or import into the Software is stored exclusively on your device’s local hard drive.
- No Server Access: We do not host, store, transfer, copy, or have any access to the content you create. Because this data never leaves your computer, we cannot read, share, or lose your files.

While we do not collect your user-generated content, we do collect limited information necessary to manage purchases, license authentication, and site operations:
- Account and Billing Data: When you purchase NovelNix, our third-party payment processor (e.g., fastspring) collects your name, email address, and billing details to process the transaction and generate your software license key. the areas in the application being visited to aid in product development/bug fixing and customer support
- Website Analytics: When you visit novelnix.com, we may collect basic technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our website) via standard cookies or analytics tools to help us improve our site functionality.
